Balustradedesign supplied a custom frameless glass balustrade system for this modern development on Malmskillnadsgatan in central Stockholm – designed to enhance the architectural clarity of the space.

- 68 metres of frameless balustrade with handrail
- Handrails and aluminium base channels powder-coated in blue
Our frameless system offers an uninterrupted view and a sleek, contemporary feel that integrates beautifully with urban surroundings. With no vertical posts, the balustrade is barely visible – offering safety without compromising the design.
This is one of our most exclusive systems, and thanks to its flexibility, it can be tailored in both appearance and mounting method to suit your specific project.
Mounting Options
There are three installation methods available for our frameless glass balustrades:
- Fixpoints – Circular stainless steel point fixings (Ø45 mm), mounted to the outer edge of the surface
- Glass clamps – Two aluminium floor fixings per glass panel, for side or top mounting
- Aluminium base channel – A sleek track system fitted either on top of or beside the floor
