Räckesbutiken is launching in the United Kingdom
Räckesbutiken Sweden AB, a Swedish e-commerce company specializing in railing solutions for the home and garden, is continuing its European expansion. The company has now launched in the United Kingdom under the new brand Balustradedesign via the local e-commerce site www.balustradedesign.co.uk.
“We see the United Kingdom as a natural next market in our growth journey. Following our success in 13 European markets, we have developed a model for local e-commerce with customer service in each respective language, which we are now bringing to the UK,” says Björn Johansson, CEO of Räckesbutiken.
Balustradedesign offers British customers the same customer experience that Räckesbutiken has established throughout the rest of Europe: a digital design tool for designing their own railing, custom manufacturing in Sweden, and delivery right to their door.
“We know that many customers are frustrated by railings that are either too generic, too complicated to install, or too expensive. Our offering is based on making the process simple, inspiring, and safe—from design to installation,” says Björn Johansson.
