We’re very excited and thrilled to introduce our newest team member. Rasmus Risberg joined us on 22 October and comes to us from his previous role as a customer advisor at Sparbanken Öresund.
Rasmus will be working with us in the office on a variety of tasks and projects.
We conducted a short interview with Rasmus to introduce him in more detail:
Hi Rasmus, you started working with us at Räckesbutiken a few weeks ago. The classic question: How does it feel?
It feels really good. Moving into the new offices has been quite a bit of work at the start, which has been physically exhausting. As a former (actually, young) bank teller, I used to think the hardest part of the job was fetching paper from the printer! But I feel like I’ve settled in well, and you’ve all been so kind to me these past few weeks!
What do you think will be your biggest challenge at work?
The biggest challenge in the short term is probably getting to know our products and all the accessories.
Do you think there's anything in particular that you'll bring to the table that people haven't expected at Räckesbutiken?
I can handle orders! (laughs). No, but I come from Sparbanken Öresund, which is a fairly large organization, and I know how things work and what’s required in organizations of that size. I both believe and hope that Räckesbutiken can also become a large and influential organization in the future!
Over the years, I've also built up quite a few contacts in many different industries, which I hope will help us in the future!
And of course, I'll be bringing plenty of laughter and positive energy!
How good are you at using a drill/driver and a spanner, really?
Haha, yeah, I ended up doing some hands-on work during my first few days at Räckesbutiken. Of course, I know what a screwdriver and a wrench are and how to use them (my friends who are reading this will probably laugh their heads off), but on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give myself a 6!
Do you think we'll see you in the production at all?
For the good of the company, you’ll probably have to keep me away from that part! But of course, I could probably pack the occasional order if needed!
And now for the last question. What was the last thing you bought online, and where did you buy it?
The last thing I bought online was a pair of really stylish white and blue football boots (the colours of Skälderviken IF), which I bought from zalando.se
